We get this question a lot! Here’s what the folks at Adventure Cycling had to share. That’s pretty much our experience as well.
We didn’t record a ton because we were working on the camera’s helmet mount and some technical bike fixes, including the dog pod rain/sun cover, the frame for which can be seen towards the end of the movie. We have some work to do with just two weeks to go until our trip!

Okay, so I won’t be wearing this on the trip, but I had to try out the new GoPro that our friends helped us purchase!

We’re so excited to begin our cross-country adventure in just a couple of weeks. The dog pod cover is in the works, the bikes have been cleaned and tuned up, and the packing situation is looking good. Hopefully the April showers (or in yesterday’s case, April flooding) are behind us for a while.
